Mary’s Friends grew from my own lived experiences — living with Crohn’s and RA, rebuilding my life after redundancy, retraining in support work, and completing my degree with a dissertation focused on aged adults and independence.
Supporting my dad through illness showed me exactly what families need: kindness, patience, and someone truly cares.
Mary’s Friends is built from real life, real learning, and real compassion. It’s not just my work — it’s who I am.

Whether it’s companionship, help at home, getting out and about, support with pets, or giving carers a much‑needed break, Mary will work with you to design support that feels natural and respectful.
